Where are your services hosted?
We operate from two datacenters in France: Interxion PAR-5 (Île-de-France) and nLighten LYS1 (Lyon). Your data therefore stays hosted on French soil.
What is your DDoS protection capacity?
Our filtering reaches 100 Gbps in-house and up to 3 Tbps in aggregate capacity, across layers 3, 4 and 7, with automatic mitigation monitored 24/7 by our NOC.
Can I combine several services with Connect-IX?
Yes. Transit, DDoS protection, hosting, managed IT and telecom can be brought together with a single point of contact, with simplified billing and a dedicated contact.
What are your provisioning times?
They depend on the service, but stay short: GRE tunnels can be provisioned in seconds, and our teams support you at every step of the deployment.
